		JCCI has worked on government funded projects for various cities, townships, counties, the state of Ohio, and the US government In 2003, JCCI completed a new U.S. Marshall's facility which is being used as the "prototype" for all new such facilities. In 2005, JCCI completed a 40,000 sq. ft. renovation of the 30th floor of the A.J. Celebrezze Building, in Cleveland, Ohio. Included in this renovation are the new offices for U.S. Senator George Voinovich.
