Jeffrey Carr Construction Inc. is a full-phased General Contracting & Construction Management Firm, founded in 1985.

Our executive offices were recently relocated to our new 8,000 square feet facility in Massillon Ohio. From there we serve all levels of government, health care, commercial, educational, communication, and industrial markets throughout Ohio and surrounding states.
